We are experienced professionals in the wedding & event planning. We are based in Venice but we can also organize your event in any location in Italy. Our scrupulous attention to detail and personalised approach to planning will help realise your dream event from beginning to end. Our planning process can be as collaborative and hands-on as you wish. The choice is up to you. MyVenice exceeds our clients’ needs and wishes by keeping an open line of communication via email, whatsapp, viber, telegram or skype throughout the entire planning process.

We take care of every phase of the tailor-made planning process of your celebration. In order to maintain the maximum degree of comfort for our clients and their guests, we offer help with the hotel accommodation, meet & greet services at the airport, transfer, concierge services and personal assistants, exclusive city experiences and extraordinary culture & leisure programs.

We aim to offer our clients maximum convenience and ease and only the highest quality services by adhering to the finest details in order to create a unique and unforgettable celebration.

Our process

After a complimentary initial consultation, you will receive three price estimates. Once we sign an agreement, our planners will begin to work on a detailed plan for your event, guiding and selecting a unique venue for your needs and introducing you to preferred vendors. We will coordinate your celebration right down to the last detail in order to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your friends and family.

FOUNDER / EVENT & WEDDING PLANNER

I received my first degree in Economy from the Odessa International Economic University and the second one in Economy & Finance, followed by a master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from the Cà Foscari University in Venice. My studies were a solid base for starting my career in business. But Venice, the magical, beautiful city where I moved to at the age of 18, stole my heart straight away and had something very special in store for me...

All of Italy, my newly adopted country, has become an endless source of inspiration for me: its rich historical and cultural heritage; the magnificent venues for wedding ceremonies, gala dinners and unique celebrations; its unsurpassed concierge service; excellent cuisine & catering; the vast array of talented artists, actors and musicians and so much more; it all took my breath away!

Once I completed my studies, I wanted to share this wealth of culture and history with people from all around the world.

Wedding and events planning is my passion, and the creation of MyVenice, a boutique event company, is the result of this devotion. We specialize in personalized weddings, and planning your ideal private or corporate event. Since becoming a mother, I have expanded my services to include memorable baby showers and unforgettable birthday parties.

I am the founder and creative director of the annual carnival exclusive celebration GOLD CARNIVAL GRAN GALA.
